1. Overview and Core Privacy Principles

AdvizeU is a free, publicly accessible platform providing career guides, calculators, and AI productivity tools. We believe in data minimization:

• No User Accounts: We do not offer user registration, account creation, logins, or passwords.
• No Paywalls or Financial Transactions: All tools and guides on AdvizeU are 100% free. We do not collect credit cards, bank details, or billing information.
• No User Content Database: We do not operate a user database. Your tool inputs, uploaded files, or generated outputs are never stored in a database on our servers.

2. How Data is Processed Across Our Tools

2.1 Mathematical & Financial Calculators (GST, Profit, Partnership)

Our business calculators (including GST, profit margins, and partnership calculations) execute calculations either directly inside your web browser or via stateless Python math routines on our backend. No calculation numbers, invoice figures, or partner details are logged or persisted. Once you navigate away or refresh the page, session calculations are discarded.

2.2 AI-Powered Productivity Tools (Resume, Cover Letter, Prompts)

When you use our AI tools, the text you submit is transmitted over secure HTTPS to our backend, which interfaces directly with third-party AI inference providers to generate responses:

• Primary Text Inference Provider: NVIDIA Cloud Functions API. Data is transmitted via HTTPS to integrate.api.nvidia.com.
• Fallback Text Inference Provider: Groq API. Data is transmitted via HTTPS to api.groq.com.
• Image Generation (LinkedIn Post Tool): Image prompts are processed via NVIDIA Cloud Functions API (ai.api.nvidia.com). Network requests go directly to NVIDIA Corporation.

Third-Party Processing & Data Retention: User input for AI tools is sent over secure HTTPS to these inference providers (NVIDIA Corporation and Groq, Inc.) solely for real-time processing and is subject to their respective privacy terms. For details on how each provider processes data, please review the NVIDIA Privacy Policy and the Groq Privacy Policy. AdvizeU does not store user inputs, prompts, or uploaded resumes, and our backend application does not log request bodies.

2.3 PDF Utilities (Compressor & Merger)

Files uploaded to PDF utilities are processed in-memory (RAM) on our server solely for compression or merging, and the resulting file is returned directly to your browser. Files are not saved to disk or permanent storage, and are discarded immediately upon request completion.

2.4 Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form on our website, the information you provide (your name, email address, subject, and message) is dispatched directly as an email to our inbox via secure SMTP. It is used solely to respond to your specific inquiry and is not added to marketing lists or sold to third parties.

2.5 Browser Local Storage

For your convenience while drafting, certain tools use your browser's built-in localStorage or sessionStorage to prevent you from losing input text if you accidentally switch tabs. This data remains strictly on your own device and is never transmitted to our servers without your explicit action.

3. Automatically Collected Technical Data

Like almost all websites, when you browse AdvizeU, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may automatically record standard technical data:

• Diagnostic Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, page requested, and timestamps for performance monitoring and DDoS prevention.
• Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-7KGTQK6GPJ) to analyze aggregate site traffic, popular guides, and user engagement. Google Analytics collects anonymized IP addresses and usage patterns.

4. Cookies, Google AdSense, and Consent Management

AdvizeU uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure site functionality, understand site usage, and serve advertisements.

4.1 Google AdSense and DoubleClick Cookie

We partner with Google AdSense to serve advertisements on AdvizeU. Google and its certified third-party advertising vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to AdvizeU and/or other sites on the internet.
